Tim Walters

Born in Vancouver, Tim started his career as a residential Realtor in 1995 and was immediately well respected by his peers for his loyalty and high ethical standards. He's witnessed many different market conditions during this time and has been lucky enough to sell hundreds of homes to many happy clients. 

His passion for real estate started at a young age as he’s always had an interest in design, statistics and sales, three things that are important to a successful real estate career.

Tim has also purchased, renovated and sold many properties himself and through these experiences he knows how to identify and maximize value in today’s market.

In his spare time, Tim and his wife Shannon keep busy with their 3 children and Shih Tzu. They enjoy travelling to new destinations, trying different food and wine, playing golf and supporting their community whenever possible.
